The uncertain times we are currently living in are not only affecting mental health but also the physical and emotional well-being of us all.
Good health is not only important for productivity, it’s also essential for happiness and growth.
As employers there is a duty of care for those you work with to help them feel safe, secure, included, and that they matter, whatever their ethnicity, beliefs or background.
Too often people can suffer silently and it is essential to recognise the signals and offer adequate support if we see signs they are beginning to struggle.
Awareness, communication and effective intervention are key to improving and maintaining well-being and because of this I offer a range of workshops, one to ones, trainings and programmes to ensure that those you work with know you truly care for them individually and collectively.
Having worked in various settings, a common complaint I hear from those I work with is that they feel their superiors often do not seem to care about them enough.
Evidence supports that organisations providing adequate care will have happier, focused more productive teams, with a sense of community and unity.
With nearly two decades of experience working with groups and individuals I’ve seen the commonalities in human behavioural patterns and to me it’s clear that whatever our background, we all create blockages in our minds that hinder us.
Whether face to face or online, I help those I work with to identify and remove the blockages holding them back and create lasting changes with a clear, more focused direction.

Eric provided a thoughtful-provoking session on managing stress. The practical advice was very useful: I have already stopped looking at my phone in the morning and concentrating on my routine instead. I have also tried to be more mindful of how I go into lessons and the impact this might have on students.

Sincere thanks to Eric for the outstanding delivery of this Overcoming Anxiety workshop.
The event was extremely professional, yet relaxed and enjoyable at the same time. Eric was able to offer some excellent advice and techniques to deal with anxiety.
I would highly recommend the workshop to anybody who is suffering with anxiety or depression or a combination of the two. It really was invaluable.

Eric’s delivery of the subject material that he covers is warm and engaging. His is a human, rather than clinical approach, delivering content in a manner that is easy to assimilate. Eric WANTS you to flourish, and develop the best version of yourself, for yourself.

Your presentation was clear and focused on issues that teachers face. Also it gave us an opportunity, as a group, to discuss issues about our own well being. This has been a point of continued conversation.
Personally, I felt your focus on breathing and mindset has made a difference.
Many thanks again for your time.

Today was one of those rare days when you walk away from school feeling truly inspired. I was lucky enough today to receive Attachment training from the wonderful Eric Moore. We planned our outcomes at the start of the session, and by the end of the day we had twisted and weaved our own unique journey to fully achieve those outcomes.
Thanks for your faith
He really is an inspiration.

I really appreciate his work and cannot recommend him enough.
