Overcoming Anxiety
In 2019/20 17.9 million working days lost due to work-related stress, depression or anxiety, and In the UK there are up to 20 million reported sufferers of anxiety. Though the number is probably much more because many hide their symptoms and suffer in silence.
This half day workshop has been developed to help with all forms of anxiety and to help you to understand and learn successful methods to overcome the symptoms, so you can begin to live life with more happiness and freedom.
What’s covered Includes:
- Understanding the psychological and physiological aspects of stress and anxiety
- Identifying the triggers and causes
- Internal dialogue/What you’re saying to yourself and how to change it

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Foundational Training
NLP provides personal and career development tools that are more effective than other self improvement approaches. During this training you will become familiar with many key principles of NLP and have the opportunity to explore and practice the techniques to see how effective they are at generating change.

Effective Communication
As human beings we have two ways to communicate with one another. Verbal and non-verbal communication. We mainly pay attention to the verbal aspect of words, yet over half of our communication is outside of our conscious awareness. So we cannot, not communicate. We are always giving and receiving unconscious signals in our interactions. Learning to hone and improve your communication is a key skill, not just in the workplace, but in all areas for successful living.

Understanding and Overcoming Trauma
Without awareness you can’t heal, without healing there’s no growth and without growth there’s no happiness.
Trauma is not spoken or about or recognised enough. Education, Medical, and the Legal professions do not recognise it and people are often medicated or punished when they need help to overcome and heal the trauma. So awareness and education are key.
On this training you’ll learn in depth knowledge about trauma and its effects.

Meditation Matters
The aim of these workshops, is to help your mind to become free of clutter through the practice of mindful meditation. You will also learn how to meditate and experience how beneficial and powerful it can be, because western life is fast paced and not set up for peace and harmony. Meditation is restorative and learning to be present really is the greatest gift you can give to yourself. You will learn various practices, techniques and exercises and have the opportunity to discuss your findings within the group, thus it becoming a shared experience and learning.
MBS Training
On this training you’ll learn about mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health and why it’s important to have a healthy balance, particularly during these times.
We’ll cover ways to overcome personal blockages and how to improve your mindset.
Movement, exercise, diet, relaxation and how to create lasting change are also covered, all geared at helping you work towards becoming a better version of yourself.
