Life for many of us is becoming more difficult with a massive increase in mental and physical health issues. This is affecting our working as well as home lives, and perhaps you’ve noticed that many of the methods used to try to deal with these issues do not get to the core of the problem and do not give lasting change.

Now, during the1990’s I studied Psychology and Counselling though began to discover that conventional methods were often not as effective as they could be.

Then after the tragic death of my younger brother in 2003 I fully embarked on self educating, overcoming personal trauma and learning the mechanics of lasting change. This journey saw me become a Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Master Hypnotherapist, Nutritionist, Golf Mind coach, Youth worker, Mentor, practitioner of Thought Field Therapy (TFT), with furthermore extensive studies and training in Meditation and world healing practices including, Meta-Physics, Body and Energy work, Anatomical Trains, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Herbal supplementation.

Subsequently I developed MBS (Moore Balance System for Mind, Body and Spirit), which is the culmination of nearly two decades of experience in coaching, personal change and holistic health. 

This eclectic, diverse skillset and work experience has enabled me to gain a broad understanding of human patterns and behaviour over a wide range of cultural and economic demographics.

Live training is my preference, however since March 2020 when current affairs began to prevent face to face work I have delivered most of my services online via Skype and Zoom.

I helps those that work with me understand there are different components to our being, mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. They all interconnect with each other, therefore I look at people in a more holistic manner, rather than thinking the problem is just mental, physical or other. Developing self awareness and taking control of what we do internally rather than reacting so much to the outside world is fundamental in the process of change. All of this leads to more balance and a restoration of homeostasis. Once balance is restored thinking becomes clearer, we make better life choices, have more peace and can begin to feel more happiness.

When people feel better they are more inclined to be happier in the workplace and happy employees, staff and students will perform better.
